Two Shen Students Compete at DECA International Career Development Conference

Business students Anushka Sentapati and Aiden Wan recently traveled to Atlanta, Georgia to compete at the 5 day DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC). Accompanied by their advisor, Asia Godzwon, they joined more than 26,000 DECA members from around the world. During the conference, students enhanced their competitive skills, participated in valuable networking opportunities, and experienced all that the city of Atlanta has to offer.

We are incredibly proud of Anushka, who earned 1st place in New York State in the Business Services Marketing Series, and Aiden, who placed 2nd in New York State in the Accounting Applications Series. The competition was fierce and their outstanding achievements and dedication made them exceptional representatives of Shenendehowa at the national level.
