Submitting Helpdesk Tickets from Off Campus - How to submit a helpdesk ticket from off campus with your shenschools.org email.

• Send email from your shenschools.org account to ticketrequest@shenschools.org

• Provide a detailed explanation of problem and include a contact number

• A member of IMS will contact you for support

SelfHelp - IMS has launched a new SelfHelp system that allows staff to: Unlock their SHENET account, Change their SHENET password and Reset a forgotten SHENET password.  This new system is accessible on or off campus using an Internet browser or mobile device app (Android and iOS).  Use the new Department Quick Link to access the system and setup your profile.  Users can also manually enter the link:  https://selfhelp.shenet.org
