Capital Projects

• Installation of A/C at the Middle School (MS) and High School West (HSW).
• A/C will encompass approximately 80% of MS buildings upon completion of Phase I.
• Commissioning of the A/C system is planned for late Spring/Summer 2027.

• Installation of A/C in the remainder of spaces at MS and HSW.
• Commissioning of the A/C system is planned for late Spring/Summer 2028.
• Work at MS includes paving, roof and boiler replacement, generator replacement, electrical upgrade, stage rigging, PA system upgrade, and asbestos abatement - flooring.
• Work at HSW includes paving, boiler replacement, electrical distribution upgrade, security upgrades, stage rigging, and asbestos abatement - flooring.

• Includes work at Arongen/Shatekon, Chango, Karigon/Orenda, Okte, Skano/Tesago, and High School East (HSE).
• HSE work includes roofs, HVAC updates, IT switchgear, piping replacement in select areas, auditorium house lights, stage rigging, PA system upgrade, toilet room upgrades, asbestos abatement-flooring, and conversion of locker room space to Team Rooms and an Entertainment Production Studio.
• Other work includes CTE/Robotics Space, Athletic Fields upgrade, select classroom renovation, and Transportation infrastructure (EV buses, paving, generator).
